I would like to thank the company's representatives and the ship's master whose enthusiasm for my project has been infectious and spurred me one considerably. Particularly helpful have been the visits around the ship whilst in port at Rochester, River Medway, and also watching the open of her hatches and discharge of her cargo of timber. I must also thank the company for giving me samples of the Grey, Green, and Blue paint colours which were matched to normal household paint used to paint the model ship.

At the time of the Naming and Launch Roy Brookes from Scotline attended and carried out the naming. Many thanks Roy.

Thanks go to a neighbour who has given me all his off cuts of timber following the construction of an extension to his house and fitting new garage doors.

To my fellow builders of this project, Martin who has introduced me to the correct way to use carpentry hand tools and especially how to sharpen chisels, and David the expert with a brush full of GRP resin and in the use of plasticard and super glue!!!

To my electronic friends John and Trevor who helped design, from ideas, circuits to assist the model.

To my wife Jean who has willingly puts up the pages onto the WWW almost on a daily basis, and who, for the Naming and Launching event provided the Mince pies and bubbly.

The Scotline's company for all thier help.
