Continuing the work of the GRP Coatings

In preparation of the filler, which like the GRP Resin requires the right conditions, the area being worked in is heated with a small fan heater. The filler tin is also being warmed to speed the curing. Martin and David also like to work in a warm workshop, so it is heated to keep materials and friends happy!!!.

After a light rub down with 120 grit sand paper filler is use to make good the surface ready for the final resin coat and paint.

After the filler the long process of sanding down to a good finish prior to the final coat of resin.
